About Us
Bright Oak Collaborative is a coaching and facilitation practice rooted in the belief that true leadership begins within. We support individuals and teams in aligning their values, strengthening their presence, and navigating transitions with clarity and confidence. Drawing inspiration from the resilience of the live oak, our work blends embodied practices with intentional, transformative coaching — helping people grow in both life and leadership.
I founded Bright Oak Collaborative to help leaders and teams grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. My path has taken me from hospitality into leading operations, people, and culture at high-growth healthcare start-ups. I’ve helped a company scale and develop from its earliest days, building the operational infrastructure to support its quickly expanding team (from 5 employees to 2000+ in under 5 years; it’s now a $2B organization). I’ve also partnered with CEOs, COOs and other executives in fractional roles (such as Interim Head of People and Places) to bring stability to organizations or spearhead strategic projects. Along the way, I’ve guided organizations through rapid change, designed systems that sustain growth, and supported leaders in finding their voice, presence, and direction.
What sets my approach apart is the integration of strategic insight with grounding practices. With training in ecopsychology, movement, and breathwork — and over 15 years of experience in leadership and operations — I help clients navigate complexity in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to who they are.
The name Bright Oak reflects my own story: as a child, I climbed oak trees to find stillness, perspective, and possibility. That same grounding energy now shapes my work, offering clients a space to reflect, recalibrate, and step forward with confidence. My style is action-oriented and results-driven, but always paced with care — helping leaders and organizations grow strong roots while reaching toward expansive possibilities.
