A steady, strategic partner for when the work gets complex.

I work with emerging and seasoned leaders navigating growth, complexity, and transition, providing strategic clarity and practical thinking support when time and attention are limited.

About Bright Oak

At Bright Oak Collaborative, I work with leaders who are thoughtful, capable, and carrying real responsibility, often more than they have time or space to process on their own.

Many of the people I support are navigating periods of growth or transition, including stepping into larger roles, managing increasing complexity, or balancing life changes such as caregiving alongside demanding work. These shifts often bring new expectations and decisions that carry real consequence for others.

My role is to offer a steady, strategic partnership during these times. I help clients think clearly, weigh tradeoffs, and move forward with intention when the work feels demanding, complex, or high-stakes.

Before focusing fully on coaching and advisory work, I spent years in operational and people leadership roles, working closely with senior leaders during periods of high growth, sustained transition, and resource constraint.

In those roles, I was often brought in when the work was complex and the margin for error was small. I saw firsthand how decisions get made under pressure, with incomplete information, competing priorities, and limited time.

That experience shapes how I work today. I am comfortable holding complexity, asking direct questions, and helping leaders sort through what matters most to them and their organizations so they can act with clarity and confidence.

Experience Snapshot

My work is informed by more than fifteen years in operations, people leadership, and organizational development, including:

  • Operational and people leadership in high-growth healthcare startups, supporting organizations through rapid scale, sustained transition, and resource constraint.

  • Building infrastructure to support growth, including helping scale a company from early stage to more than 2,000 employees in under five years.

  • Fractional partnership with CEOs and executive teams, including serving in interim leadership roles such as Head of People and Places during periods requiring stability and focus.

  • Oversight of complex corporate real estate portfolios and large-scale workplace build-outs, with cumulative investments exceeding $100M and significant long-term organizational impact.

  • Designing systems and guiding leaders through change, supporting sound decision-making, leadership presence, and alignment in demanding environments.

How I Work

Coaching + Advisory

My work is grounded in partnership, thoughtful judgment, and a deep respect for the realities leaders face.

I work alongside clients as a thinking partner, helping them slow things down when needed, create structure where there is ambiguity, and move decisions forward with clarity and care.

This work often includes:

• Creating space for clear thinking when time and attention are limited
• Working through complex decisions involving people, priorities, and tradeoffs
• Supporting leaders as they step into greater responsibility or navigate transition
• Helping develop capable managers so leadership load does not sit with one person alone
• Bringing structure, reflection, and momentum to work that has stalled or feels tangled

My approach is practical and action-oriented. While reflection and emotional awareness are part of the process, they are always in service of sound decisions, effective leadership, and sustainable progress.

Training + Professional Foundations

My work is informed by formal training alongside lived experience. I hold a Certificate in Ecopsychology and have completed coach training with the Center for Executive Coaching. I am currently on track to complete the requirements for ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation in the first half of 2026.
